The Two Ways to Hire: Convenience vs. Full Service

1. Sign Only (Dry-Hire – $\text{£}75$): Ideal for event planners or clients who can collect the sign from and return it to our London base. You handle the transport and setup on your own frame or wall.
2. Full-Service ($\text{£}120$): We handle everything. This price includes the sign, professional delivery, secure setup (hanging the sign safely in your desired location), and collection across Greater London (delivery fee calculated at checkout).

Rental Terms & Logistics

• Standard Hire Period: All rental prices cover a $\text{24}$-hour period. Longer rental periods can be arranged at a discounted daily rate.
• Dry-Hire Details ($\text{£}75$): This option requires the customer to collect and return the sign to our London/Surrey premises. You are responsible for safe transit, setup, and safe return by the agreed-upon date.
• Full-Service Details ($\text{£}120$): This fee covers the sign rental plus our dedicated team delivering, setting up, and collecting the sign from your venue. Note: The final delivery surcharge (based on postcode) will be calculated at checkout.
• Hanging/Mounting: Signs come with pre-drilled holes for easy hanging. We provide heavy-duty fishing wire and stand-off screws. You are responsible for securing the sign to your wall or backdrop.

Damage & Insurance Policy

• Required Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $\text{£}150$ is required for all neon sign rentals. This will be added to your total at checkout and refunded in full upon the safe return of the sign and all accessories (power pack, remote, transit case).
• Damage Policy: The customer is responsible for any damage (including power pack failure due to misuse) or loss during the hire period. If damage occurs, the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit. If the sign is damaged beyond repair or lost, the customer will be liable for the full replacement value (estimated at $\text{£}500$).
