The Customization Process
Your booking includes our professional design service, covered by the non-refundable fee.
- Mandatory Design Fee (): This fee is added to your order and is non-refundable. It secures our designer’s time for custom graphic layout, typesetting, and up to two rounds of digital proofing. We will not begin design work until this fee is paid.
- Seating Chart Submission: For Seating Charts, you must submit your final, proofed list no later than days before the event date to avoid rush fees.
- Proofing: Our team will send a digital proof for your final sign-off. Once approved, the vinyl is applied and the sign is prepared for delivery.
Rental Terms & Display
The price displayed is the -hour hire fee only.
- Display Structure: Easels are NOT included in the hire price. We highly recommend hiring our matching Gold Easel or Clear Acrylic Plinths for a professional display (booked separately).
- Agreement: The full Refundable Security Deposit and agreement to our [LINK to Rental Terms] must be digitally confirmed at checkout.
